How long does shipping take?
Once your order has shipped, orders within the US usually take 1-5 working days to arrive. You will receive tracking once your order has been dispatched - if there's no movement after 10 working days for international delivery, please get in touch.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Our warehouse takes 3-10 days to dispatch orders.
Can I cancel my order?
As our orders begin being processed within 15 minutes of being placed, it’s sometimes difficult for us to pull an order from the system. Make sure you tell us as soon as you can if you’d like to cancel an order, and we’ll do our best to pull it from the warehouse system.
Can I return items?
As this is our clearance website, all items are final sale, which means they cannot be returned. Please be sure to check all information prior to purchasing. Should an item be faulty or incorrect, please get in touch.
Will you restock?
